Housed in a beautiful preserved building from 1889, the Cyprus Medical Museum has over 100 exhibits that chart the course of medicine on the island over the decades.
Divided into seven sections and specialties, the varied exhibits include the first electrocardiograph used in Cyprus in 1938, an X-Ray machine from 1965, and all manner of implements, from syringes and a ‘blood sipping’ set, to old paediatric instruments.
